Most brands cut thousands of pieces up front and hope they sell. We cut one, when you ask for it. Every Maverick garment is printed, sewn and pressed after the order comes in, which is why it needs 1–3 business days before it ships.
Making to order means no overstock, no end-of-season landfill and no discounting to clear the shelves. Over three years and 100,000+ orders we have not produced a single unsold piece.

How to take care of heavyweight cotton
Heavyweight cotton gets better with wear, as long as it is washed gently. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold or at 30°C with similar colours and skip the softener, which breaks down the fibres over time. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat; a tumble dryer is what shrinks and twists cotton. Every Maverick piece is pre-shrunk, so it will keep its shape if you keep it out of the dryer.

Size & Fit
Cut boxy and relaxed with dropped shoulders. True to size: take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for a closer fit.
How to measure
Chest – lay the garment flat and measure straight across, 1" below the armhole.
Length – measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the hem.
Compare with a piece you already own and love the fit of.

Our cuts run boxy and relaxed. If you are between sizes, take the smaller size for a cleaner fit or the larger size for more room. Every piece is pre-shrunk, so it stays true to size after washing.

Shipping is a flat $5 USD worldwide. Order 3 or more pieces, and shipping is on us.
Return policy
